There are countless shows making over people, homes, cars, and even pets. But what is a Mommy Makeover and is it something that may benefit you?<\/p>\n
Well, the term \u201cMommy Makeover\u201d refers to rejuvenating the two body parts of a woman that tend to suffer the most during pregnancy: the breasts and the tummy. During pregnancy most women experience significant weight gain and stretching of the skin in these two areas. The changes in the breasts are exacerbated even more if she breastfeeds.<\/p>\n
Once the baby is born, a woman may lose a significant amount of weight which could lead to loose belly skin and a bulge due to the muscles not coming together as they were before pregnancy (this is called a rectus diastasis).
